"During a recent thunder storm, an eighty-foot pine tree fell on the peak of the roof to our house. There was substantial damage to the roof structure and damage to a brick wall. Shannon Southerland of SCR Exteriors was on site three days later to work on an estimate for the roof repairs. He was courteous and reassuring that the job would be completed to our satisfaction. His crew did a fantastic job and he would stop by frequently to check on the progress. We have had multiple rainstorms since completion and there have been no issues.
